  • CBE is walking distance from both hotels. Parking passes are available for KC Intouchers who RSVP’d for one.

Thursday morning & afternoon

We’ll start with breakfast and a half-day of work at the Intouch pop-up office space in the KC Convention Center’s Grand Ballroom. Some teams have scheduled meetings in the conference rooms - we’ll also have lawn games outside if you want some fresh air!

*If you go to the KC office on Thursday, no one will be there. It will be considered closed. Meet up downtown!

Kansas City Convention Center (TWO entrances)

7:30 AM - 9:30 AM: Registration | 2500 Lobby (Floor 2)

  • Head straight to registration when you arrive. You’ll get a packet that includes a must-wear lanyard to access events. Yep, you have to wear it.

8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Breakfast | Grand Ballroom 2500 (Floor 2)

  • Grab some breakfast and start the work day.

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Intouch Pop-Up Office | Grand Ballroom 2500 (Floor 2)

  • Meet up with your team and work or head outside to battle your team in some lawn games.

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch | Grand Ballroom 2500 (Floor 2)

  • Jack Stack (famous KC BBQ) will be provided for lunch — you might not want to wear white.

1:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Philanthropy Activity | Lobby 1500 (Floor 1)

  • There’ll be a variety of philanthropy activities to keep the feel-good feeling alive.

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: TOWN HALL | great hall 3500 (floor 3)

  • There are a few surprises in store — you won’t want to miss out!

  • This meeting is mandatory for all Intouchers

  • Get there on time for food, drink, and photo ops, starting at 5:30 PM.
    DJ Alex Reed will provide the cocktail-hour vibes.

6:15 PM: Welcome from Faruk

  • We’ll have a drone taking an all-agency photo - history in the making … don’t miss out!

8:30 PM: headline Entertainment starts

10:00 PM: 20th anniversary celebration ends

what if i need to change my travel or my flight gets cancelled?

We can help! Just go to the travel desk in the foyer in front of Ballroom 2500 at the Convention Center.


Accommodations will be covered for out-of-town Intouchers only!

Where will Out-of-town Intouchers stay?

  • If you’re traveling to Kansas City, we’ll have buses picking up groups from the airport. Please use them instead of taxis or Uber/Lyft.

  • All the downtown venues are walkable from the two hotels where we’ve booked rooms.

  • For KC employees, we’ll have a parking garage and Uber credits. You’ll get that information closer to the event.

What type of transportation will we have?


Why can’t I book my own travel?

Why would you want to if we’ll do it for you? Seriously: It’ll go more smoothly for everyone involved if we handle all bookings.

Will there be guidelines to follow for expenses and traveling?

  • Buses from the airport to your hotel will be via group transportation provided by Kansas City Transportation Group.

  • All Intouchers will grab their bags and go to the Starbucks in the airport where a driver will be holding an Intouch Group sign.

  • Please be sure to look for the support staff who will be wearing blue polo shirts with KCTG Transportation logo.

  • The driver will direct Intouchers to their vehicles waiting outside.

how do i find my bus at the airport?


If you aren’t able to find your driver, please call 816 - 471 - 1234.

what if i can’t find my bus?


Yes, you’ll be traveling from the hotel with other Intouchers according to departure times. Please be in the lobby of the hotel 3 hours before your flight, or your bus will leave without you.

is there transportation for my return flight?

We have parking spots available at the KC Live parking garage — 151 E 13th Street Kansas City, MO 64106. If you RSVP’d for parking, tell them you’re with Intouch when you enter and they will let you through. It is a 1 minute walk from the College Basketball Experience.

There is construction downtown near the KC Convention Center – we suggest that you leave early for extra drive time.

  • Entering at the 2200 lobby (13th and central street) is the easiest door to enter through to avoid construction.

  • The 1500 lobby entrance (14th and Wyandotte Street) is open as well, even though you may see some construction in front of it.

what’s the parking situation?

where do i get my t-shirt?

At the table to the right of Ballroom 2500. You will give the volunteers your shirt size at the table.


Should I plan to wear my t-shirt?

Yes, please wear your (re)GROUP shirt when you (re)ceive it on Thursday!


What if I need to take a call somewhere quiet?

You can use the foyer area in front of ballroom 2500, the lobby at 1500 or the 3500 ballroom to make calls.


Where can I leave my personal belongings?

Your belongings will be safe at the table you choose in Ballroom 2500 (aka Intouch Pop-up). We have security that will not let any non-Intouchers into the room.


Yes! There are 30 charging tables – look for the blue table tents – and there will also be plenty of outlets on the walls around the room and in the lobby.

Are there outlets to charge my computer?


are there mothers’ rooms available?

There are mothers’ rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Look for signs outside of each of those rooms. There will be a vacant/occupied sign that you can put up on the inner door so no other mother’s come in. Locations are also included in the maps inside of your fanny pack.

There will be a mini fridge inside of the 2nd floor mother’s room close to registration.


Are there foods that fit my dietary (re)strictions?

Yes, of course! We have options for all dietary needs and (re)strictions. 


Where can I find (re)freshments and water?

Drinks can be found at the buffet in ballroom 2500, the foyer in front of 2500 and there will be water stations on all three floors at the convention center.


How do I sign up for a private meeting room?

Team leads have (re)ceived an email to book a conference room for a large team or client meeting. All conference rooms are booked at this time!


Do I have to work all day?

Only if you have an important client deliverable that needs to be attended to. Please discuss with your manager. Otherwise, feel free to network and get (re)acquainted with Intouchers from around the globe!


Nope! Grab a seat at any table – there are table numbers if you want to let friends and teammates know where to find or join you.

Are there assigned seats?


Yes, if you need to get work done during Intouch Pop-up hours or other times throughout the day.

Should I bring my computer?


No, but they are highly recommended. Plus, you’ll feel great giving back to the community and participating in (re)warding philanthropic activities! PLEASE NOTE: The Town Hall is mandatory from 3-5 PM.

Are all activities on the agenda mandatory?

(re)unite: KC Live! Block


At KC Live! Block, there will be a coat and bag check on the 2nd floor inside of PBR Big Sky that you can drop your belongings at.

Where can I leave my personal belongings?


Yes, there will be an open bar at KC Live! Block. 

Is there an open bar?


There is an awning at KC Live! Block that will keep us covered if it happens to rain. So be ready to celebrate rain or shine!

What if it rains?


We’re not telling just yet! But watch for more details and the big (re)veal! And be sure to wear you dancing shoes!

What’s the entertainment?


Yes! Safety first! There will be a $25 Uber voucher available to get home from the concert on Thursday and we encourage all KC Intouchers to take advantage rather than take a chance. We will not be providing Uber vouchers to get to the event.   

We advise you to accept the Uber voucher link now so you don’t need to worry about it Thursday night. It will be applied to your account once you follow the below steps.

    • Enter your trip destination to and from KC Live

Will there be Uber credits?


If you happen to overindulge, your car must be picked up in the parking garage before 1 PM on Friday, 9/27, or it will get towed.

If I need to Uber home, can I leave my car in the parking garage?

All official Intouch employees from each office and remote locations are encouraged to attend (this doesn’t include contractors, interns, spouses, significant others and non-Intouch friends).

Who can attend?


Please (re)fer to the schedule inside of your fanny pack and see information above! There will also be posters around the events with the agenda for the day.

What’s happening when?


We’d like everyone to be there the entire time and to attend all scheduled activities if possible.

Can I leave the event early or come late/do I have to stay the whole time?


Unfortunately, no. All names have already been submitted to the airlines for group bookings. You will have plenty of time to hang out with your team on Wednesday and Thursday!

Can I fly in before Wednesday to meet with my team?


Please bill your time to Intouch - Event Attendance under the general hours section of your timesheet.

You may only bill expenses for travel to the airport in your city on Wednesday, 9/25 and transportation home on Friday, 9/27. You may expense it to: P000008354-10: Intouch- (re)GROUP Outing - All Company (for some people it is showing this name for that billing code #: Intouch-Summer Outing-KC. It is the same thing). If you are coming early or leaving late, you must bill those expenses to your team’s billing code.

Where should I bill my time?

What if my RSVP information changes before the event?


We suggest clothes that are cool and easy to move in, plus comfortable shoes or sneakers. Keep it casual, but appropriate! Sunglasses would also be a good idea if it’s a sunny day.
